Information
Our online registration system is an efficient and secure way to register for iBOL 2026. Please read the registration and payment information carefully before registering for the conference.
Note:
- All rates are in USD.
- Registration fees must be paid in full to gain access to the conference.
- Registration closes on 26 October 2026. Registration must be completed in advance; onsite registration will not be offered.
Registration Fees (USD)
The listed registration fees are only valid if both the registration form and full payment are received on or before the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the payment will be treated as a partial payment for the next applicable registration category.

Corporate fee: Staff working for for-profit organizations (startups, enterprises, corporations, consulting firms, other private companies) from all countries

Student: Students and Postdoctoral fellows within 2 years of receiving a PhD degree
LMIC: Participants with residence in low, lower-middle or upper-middle income country (World Bank Country Classification)
Day Pass: One day access only. Welcome reception and gala dinner are not included.
Accompanying person: Family member or friend, accompanying a participant. Access to the Welcome Reception only. No access to the plenary rooms.

* Pre-Conference Workshops on Monday, 2 November 2026 are available as an add-on option to your ticket at 10 USD per person, per workshop. Spaces are limited, and you’ll need to select the specific workshop you wish to attend.
On-site Registration
Registration must be completed in advance; onsite registration will not be offered.
Methods of Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card only (major credit cards in the Registrant’s country are accepted).
Cancellation and Refund
Participants may withdraw their registration by providing a written notice to ibol2026-registration@icsevents.com before 15 Aug 2026. Refunds will be subject to a 50 USD administration fee, plus any applicable fees charged by the credit card company. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 15 Aug 2026. Please be vigilant if you are approached by a company regarding registration to iBOL 2026. ICS (International Conference Services) is the only third-party organization authorized to provide registration services on behalf of iBOL 2026. Therefore, any communication from an email address other than ibol2026-registration@icsevents.com should be considered suspicious. All registrations should be made directly through the ICS Congress Secretariat, or the online registration system. Please let us know at ibol2026-registration@icsevents.com if you are approached by any agency claiming to represent iBOL 2026.

Group Registration
Companies and organizations intending to register a group of ten people or more are required to follow the special group registration procedure. Please contact ibol2026-registration@icsevents.com to receive the group registration form.
Note that:
- The same fees and deadlines apply for groups as for individual participants
- Registration fees can be paid in advance, and attendee names provided
- The listed registration fees are only valid if both the registration form and full payment are received on or before the specified deadlines. Otherwise, the payment will be treated as a partial payment for the next applicable registration fee deadline
- The group coordinator must submit full contact details for each registered participant: family name, first name, profile information, e-mail, affiliation, and country of origin of each participant.
Please provide us with the participants’ correct e-mail address so we can send them session evaluations and final conference evaluation. These documents will only be emailed during the conference period.
Please note: Although every effort will be made to inform you in the event of a double registration, the organizing secretariat cannot be held responsible in the event of a double registration (when either an individual or another group registers the same participant).
Confirmation of Group Registrations
All registration information will be sent to the group contact person only, who will then be responsible for the distribution of information to each group member. No documentation will be sent directly to the group participants (unless specifically requested).
