Welcome to the Presenters Resources page. Below you’ll find important information and guidelines to help you prepare for your presentation at the 10th International Barcode of Life Conference (iBOL 2026).

Important Dates

Presenting Acceptance & Registration Deadline: 4 September 2026, 23:59 GMT +7  

Submission of Presentation Slides: Refer to your session date @ Speaker Ready Room

Meeting Dates: 3 – 6 November 2026, Bangkok, Thailand

* Please note that all presenting authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference. Abstracts from unregistered authors will not be presented and will be removed from the program.

Oral Presentation Guidelines & Instructions

  • Each presenter has 15 minutes: 12-minute presentation + 3 minutes for questions
  • All presentation slides must be submitted at the Speaker Ready Room in the morning of the talk at least one hour before the start of the official program.
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB drive with your slides prepared in the following format: 16:9 widescreen, .PPTX or .PDF
  • To ensure a seamless presentation experience for all speakers, presenters are kindly requested to use the Windows laptop provided at the podium. We seek your understanding that personal laptops will not be permitted during the session.
  • Please arrive at the Session Room at least 15 minutes before the session begins. We encourage you to sit in the front rows to make it easier for the session chair to identify you and to allow for a smooth transition to the stage for your presentation.
  • The session room will be equipped with standard audio-visual equipment: projector, screen, laptop, microphone, and presentation clicker with pointer.

Poster Presentation

Please bring a printed copy of your poster. Poster printing and associated costs are the responsibility of the presenter.

Poster Presentation Guidelines & Instructions

  • Poster Specification: A1 size (59.4cm x 84.1cm), Portrait Format.
  • Posters that do not conform to the required size may not be accommodated.
  • Presenters are required to collect their name badge at the registration counter prior to setting up their poster.
  • Posters must be set up Monday, 2 November 2026, 09:00 – 17:00 and removed Friday, 6 November 2026, 11:00 – 14:00.
  • Posters not removed by Friday, 6 November 2026, 14:00 will be taken down and disposed.
  • Authors are required to be present at their poster during the designated Poster Networking Session on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, 15:30 – 17:30 for discussion with delegates.
  • Each poster will be assigned a poster number in advance. Please mount your poster on the correct assigned board.
  • Velcro tapes will be provided at the poster display area for poster mounting.

Poster Printing in Bangkok

If you need to print your poster locally in Bangkok, here are some options. Please contact them directly for orders and enquiries.

File Submission Guidelines

  • File Format: PDF (Print Ready)
  • Resolution: Minimum 200–300 DPI at final size
  • Colour Mode: CMYK recommended for accurate print reproduction
  • Crop Marks: All artwork files must include crop marks
  • Bleed & Margin: 5 mm bleed on all sides if artwork extends to the edge of the final trimmed size
  • Safe Area: Keep all important text, logos, and critical design elements within the trim area to avoid accidental cropping
  • Fonts: Outline all fonts or embed them in the PDF

Note

  • International credit card payments are accepted online.
  • Production Time: 3 working days.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • Posters will be delivered directly to Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok by Friday, 30 October 2026 and may be collected from the Poster Help Desk on Monday, 2 November 2026, 09:00 – 17:00.

Phanutorn Printing (Chulalongkorn University)

File Submission Guidelines

  • Format: PDF (recommended), or high-resolution TIFF / PNG
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at A1 size (59.5 cm × 84.1 cm, portrait)
  • Colour Mode: CMYK
  • Bleed & Margin: 2–3 mm bleed on all sides; keep text/graphics at least 5 mm inside the cutting edge
  • Fonts: Outline all fonts or embed them in the PDF
  • File Delivery: Files under 25 MB via email; larger files via Google Drive or WeTransfer link

Note

  • Payment is accepted via Thai domestic bank transfer or cash only. International credit cards are not accepted.
  • Full payment is required at the time of order.
  • Posters will be delivered directly to Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok by Friday, 30 October 2026 and may be collected from the Poster Help Desk on Monday, 2 November 2026, 09:00 – 17:00
