Terms and Conditions

  • Booking Deadline

    Hotel booking deadline is on 30 Sep 2026 and is subject to availability. (Rooms may be sold out prior to this date). It is recommended that you book accommodation early in order to take advantage of the special room rates that are subject to availability.

  • Payment Policy for Individual Reservations

    Guests shall settle payment directly with the Hotel. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking. The provided credit card will be charged after on or after 01 Oct 2026. The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after December 2026.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Room cancellation before 30 Sep 26, there is no penalty charge.

    Room cancellations made after 30 Sep 26 will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full room charges for the entire reserved stay period.

  • No Show

    No-show refers to failing to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date show refers to failing to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date.

    Reservations will be held until 24:00 on the confirmed arrival date. If late-night or early morning flight information is provided, the hotel will extend the room hold for four hours after the flight’s arrival night or early morning flight information is provided, the hotel will extend the room hold for four hours after the flight’s arrival.

    If a guest arrives on a later date than scheduled, no refund will be issued for the unused nights between the scheduled and actual arrival.

  • Shortening of Stay

    In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to their originally scheduled check-out date, the room charge for the entire duration of their reserved stay will apply. This charge will be billed to the individual guest's account.

    In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, accommodation expenses will not be reimbursed.

  • Check-in / Check-out Times

    Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. check-out time is 12:00 hrs
